Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Pre orders & premade cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy, if you made a pre order or premade  you will receive your product no matter what. Exchanges are accepted for items in stock only. Please contact us if you have questions or want to inquire about an exchange by emailing Adoubleback@gmail.com

When exchanging an item it must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any merchandise back without getting confirmation from us and the correct return address.

We do not refund shipping on Pre Order items, due to pre orders taking some time.Pre-Order items  will be shipped at the same rate it was purchased.
